I am unable to play PoE because the game never makes it past the first loading screen. The game launches fine, but after selecting new game and difficulty the game goes to a loading screen then stops responding and crashes. I'm using Windows 10.

Welcome to the forums! I hope you had a super awesome holiday break! Could you please upload your system spec file and an output log so I can take a look? Have you tried making sure that your graphics card has the latest drivers installed and verify your game cache (if you are playing from steam)?
