So Singt thy Biting Winds o' Eld Nary shows as Foe Target + 4 Foe Jump Targets (within 5 meters). It does the first part really well and the second part not at all :(

So Singt thy Biting Winds o'Eld Nary is sort of working. The invocation will bounce to additional targets, but we have a bug that if the invocation kills the target, the spell will not bounce to other targets.
