PC has a short "flashback" at the base of the Engwithian relic. Normally the scene appears (in purple), then disappears upon approach.

 

Character tied to the stake now remains.

 

 

Quick save + Quick load = still there.

 

Full exit + Continue game = still there.

 

EDIT: Walked away and then came back. Spirit now disappears.

I have noticed that as well....

 

When the spirit appears it will disappear if you cross the trigger point once

 

However if you attempt to retrace your steps or move backwards, it will appear again and never go away

 

It is a bug

That isn't the same thing that I experienced, but glad to know that I'm not the only one having problems with that scene.
