I know it's only in battle

I know they have to be in a character's quick slot.

However, when in  a battle when I click on a character and then left click on a potion ... NOTHING happens.  It doesn't matter if I'm paused or not.

Welcome to the forums! I just tested this out in the beta patch to see if what you were saying is correct. But I was unable to reproduce your issue. I used many different potions in different slots and I was able to use them.

 

What version of the game are you playing on? What platform are you playing the game from?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
