The max adventurer number which you can create is 8. I know that. However there is no way to kick them out.

So once you've got the 8, the inkeeper does not give a permisson to another one. Is there anyway to delete that we create before? And i also want to learn that, using many party member any effect to xp bar?

Put her/him in your party and attack her/him till she/he's dead. It's like deleting - but more fun. It has no negative side effects.
