I need your help, I got your game from steam, but im missing cd1, you think you can send me a new copy? Lucasarts laughed at me and told me to go suck it... Its a licensed game i have a license they have to oblige me.. please! ?

If you bought it from steam then the disc shouldn't be needed.
"Missing CD1" means that you installed a non-original copy.

You should contact Steam Support if you are having issues with the copy you bought off Steam. Assuming you have a legitimate copy have you installed any mods or modified the downloaded files in any way? If so one way you might be able to fix things is to right-click on the game while in the Steam Library Menu and try to validate the files (any missing or damaged ones will be downloaded again).
