Hi good day,

I played Pillars of Eternity before and it was fine. Recently this update 2.5.0.11 came out and as i installed it, This specific error keeps coming up when I attempt to run the game and nothing helps..I've update graphics cards, uninstalled C++ and whatnot...I tried many options people said online and nothing works so far...

From what i've seen there are many people online with a similar problem after this patch....Is there anything I can do to override this?

Welcome to the Forums! If you have purchased the DLC for The White March, please make sure you download the patch for the base game and for the expansion. 

 

If you have already done that, and you are still getting that error, I would suggest uninstalling the game and reinstall. Or download the GOG Galaxy Client.
