Hello!

I would like to report a bug that I'm having.

Description:

I can't start PoE from Steam. I saw my icon becoming green from 2,3 seconds, the popup "Starting PoE..." and after nothing. The icon becoming blue again and nothing is happening. I can start the game directly from the EXE file but it's not linked with Steam so no achievements or Steam overlay

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Just launch PoE from Steam

Important Files:

If the files are too large to attach separately, compile them all in a .zip and make a link to Dropbox with the .zip

Attach files that will help the dev team figure out and resolve the issue. These include:

Savegames

No savegames

Output Log

Initialize engine version: 4.6.5p1 (61a1c72d2e64)
GfxDevice: creating device client; threaded=1

System Specs

File in attachment

Don't hesitate if I can help more!

Thanks!

Is that the entire Output log?

Hello aerialls,

Welcome to the Forums! This looks like an issue with Steam, I would recommend opening a support ticket with them. I can suggest try running Steam as an Administrator and see if that helps, and verify your game cache.

Thank you for your support.
