Out of Order Hot Keys

I can't PC's customized hot keys to line up from F1 to F12. They line up out of order from F7 onwards as you can see in the attached screenshot.

 

I've tried unbinding the hot keys and rebinding them in the order I desired. But F7-F12 continues to line up in reverse order regardless of the order I bound them in,

 

PC is the only one with that problem. Everyone else is working fine.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
