"box cursor" bug, stops working after any loading screen

I have two monitors, only using one for playing, the other one shows my desktop or w/e.

 

Cursor boxing works great when i start the game, BUT as soon as i change area (go through loading screen), the cursor STOPS being boxed. If i move it to the left edge so i scroll the game left, it goes to my desktop instead...

 

The only way to fix this is to TAB away from the game then TAB back. It fixes it until the next loading screen then it bugs again...
