I know this isnt set in the Forgotten Realms like Baldurs Gate - Just wishing there were more eastern style weapons in there Wakazashi and Katana style swords Shuriken (stars and spikes) Eastern style armour etc Perhaps put these in an expansion but with different names, the same way a lot of creatures have been renamed (Fampyre etc)
