Constant crashing

My friends game is constantly crashing in random places...

 

windows 7 up to date and his graphics drivers are up to date too..

 

windows 7 8 GB ram 32bit   AMD A6-5400 APU radeon card

 

He's posted but now has to wait for the post to be authorised? Never seen this on any forum before?

 

In the mean time... Unfortunately we cant find the output log and crash log? (not where they're supposed to be)

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
