I see this vocalization assigned to:

•        Concelhaut's Parasitic Staff

•        Eldritch Aim

•        Fleet Feet

•        Spirit Shield

•        Wizard's Double

 

There are others, but I don't think there's a clear "type" that it's assigned to.

 

so is it impossible to listen Pallegina says those words, because she can't cast those spells right?
