I recently bought the game. When I am starting new game and begin to create the character game slows down and after few minutes of black screen it finally crashes.

Welcome to the forums, and I apologize for the late response. It looks like might need to update your graphics card. So please make sure that it has the latest drivers installed on both cards. Also make sure that the game is running on the correct graphics card. Let me know if that did the trick.

It looks like you are missing some files when I looked at your output log. Have you tried verifying your game cache through steam? Give that a try and see if that works.
