Extremely Random Crashes at Indeterminate Intervals

Hey folks,

 

So I've done some searching on the forum and I see others complaining of this as well.  Unfortunately, none of the solutions have worked for me.

This has been happening ever since I upgraded to Windows 10.

 

Description:

 

The game crashes at indeterminate intervals.  I can play anywhere between 2 minutes to 45 minutes before it happens.  It's completely unexpected, there's no specific action that seems to cause this behavior, but it has been happening since I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10.

Help is much appreciated, I love this game and I really want to keep playing it.

Hey Edelweiss,

 

I apologize for the inconvenience.  Could you please upload a dxdiag file and the crash folder as well?

 

Also, when upgrading to a new OS, make sure that you perform Windows Update regularly to ensure you get the critical files your system needs to make sure that your hardware has the latest drivers install, such as your graphics card. Let me know how it goes.
