1) After reading all of the tablets in Blood Sands, the quest log updates to say Hiravias wants to go to Burial Isle, but he never actually tells you that in the game. Seems like a bug.

 

2) If choosing the pacifist approach when dealing with Scathden, the game displays Hiravias' concluding remarks as if they're being spoken by Scathden.

The first one is not a bug, but the second one might be. Could you please upload a save file along with an output log.
