Hello, hk79v1.  I am unable to reproduce this issue.  Did it only happen the one time?  It is possible that we have fixed this issue internally and that is why I'm unable to see it.  If it happens again, or this saved game is still experiencing this issue, please upload a saved game and output log to Dropbox.  Post a public link here to the files and I'll be able to download it and take a closer look.  Thanks!

Same thing happens to me every time I switch weapons

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
