Issue: When you change the order of the party members portraits, they switch places in the custom formations. (I.e. if I switch Wizard boy and Fighter girl from (XWFX) to (XFWX) they exchange spots in the formations also. This is (or seems) undesired.

Hello, Mirra Jhaviar.  The Memorials are written by our backers and entered into the game verbatim, untouched by us.  

 

As far as the party switching places in the formation based on where their portrait is, I have entered a bug into our database and assigned it to the UI team.  Thanks for your support and patience during this issue.
