Where to retrain and who

Maybe I am blind, but Where can you retrain your Chars?

 

Would have been nice if a popup explains all the changes and, most important, where to find them.

Yeah, that would be pretty nice.

 

You can retrain your character an an inn. There is a new option on the left sidebar thingy.

 

But don't retrain Wizards unless you're absolutely certain you want to do that.

It seems you can also retain at shops/merchants - certainly in the stronghold, haven't checked elsewhere.
