Hey I'm new to the pillars of eternity game and looking forward to starting my only issue is after installing the game from the App Store and trying to start a new game I get stuck on the loading screen and never move past that portion of the game I'm running the game on a MacBook OS X 10.75 my processor is 1.83 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and I have 4 GB of ram hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused you. It appears that your MacBook is below minimum specs required to play the game. What video card are you currently using? Have you tried setting everything to minimum and turning off anti-aliasing?

 

Here are the minimum specs according to Steam:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-540M @ 2.53 GHz 
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM

  • Hard Drive: 14 GB available space
