August 10, 201510 yr Author There is additional Foe AoE Burn damage that make Holy Radiance to damage ALL enemies. I'm now rolling back to 1.06 to check this out. EDIT: well, i've done the test on 1.06 newly created priest. As you see, Brilliant Radiance applies burn damage to ANY foe.
