2.0 Brilliant Radiance doesn't affect enemies

As topic says, brilliant radiance doesn't damage enemies with burning damage.

Hello, yes you are correct, in 1.06 it did damage to all enemies.  It now only does damage to Vessels as stated in the tool tip.  Thanks for your support!

Hello.  Brilliant Radiance is not affecting the Xaurip because it is not a Vessel.  The Burn part of the spell only affects Vessels.  Thanks for your support!

There is additional Foe AoE Burn damage that make Holy Radiance to damage ALL enemies.

I'm now rolling back to 1.06 to check this out.

 

EDIT: well, i've done the test on 1.06 newly created priest.

 

As you see, Brilliant Radiance applies burn damage to ANY foe.

 

And no damage to wolf without Brilliant Radiance
