Osric has been released from jail...How do I turn in his quest now?

So as the title says I released him from prison (seemed like a decent guy) and I finally finished his quest. However, now I can't bring him his armour as he's mia. Where do prisoners go when they're released? The quest is still active so he has to be somewhere...right? I've already checked the catacombs and he's not there, and I can't find him anywhere on my keep grounds.

Hello, Lordeon.  Can you please upload a saved game and output log to Dropbox and then post a link here that I can download?  That will enable me to take a closer look at the problem.  Thanks for your support!
