Crash half the time when changing areas

I am having problems with the game consistently crashing between areas. I have verified the game through steam twice already. Any hints? any help?

I am also having problems uploading my error files. when I try to upload it to here it only takes the output_log and says the rest of the files are the wrong type. Is this enough?

Hello, xp-39c2.  You are experiencing issues because you are running the game on a 32 bit operating system.  Follow the guide here that has helped some people.  Thanks for your support.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
