Crash and lag

Sorry, I don't speak very well english...I'm french !

 

I write because since I download PoE on Steam, I can not play. Indeed, the game as soon as I click, makes a flash to the office, and after a while, the game disconnects completely, or else if I click too quickly.

I have already uninstall and reinstall the game

I never have a crash report...

Do you see where is the problem?

Hello, Burnov.  I am sorry for your inconvenience.  Unfortunately it looks like your video card isn't quite up to our minimum requirements.  If you are able to get in game and lower the graphics slider all the way down that might help.  Thanks for your support!
