I was watching a video online and it looked like the dude somehow made his character auto use knockdown during fights. Is this possible? Or was I just seeing it wrong

Not sure what you mean with "seemed like", but maybe he just used a hotkey? Or the action queue.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
