I got the Burnished Steel Key and used it on all 3 locked doors, yet it is still in my inventory, why? Is it a minor bug? Or am i missing another locked door?

Keys don't disappear after you use them. You'll have a bunch chilling in your inventory by game's end. Nothing to worry about.

All the other keys I've had disappeared, just not this one. Strange.
