1.06 (beta) Missing Wizard Spells During Character Level-up

Issue: Wizard spells disappear from spell list on the character level-up screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a spell during Wizard level-up, then proceed to the talent selection screen.
2. Return to the spell selection screen, pick a different spell then proceed to talent selection screen.
3. Return tot he spell selection screen; the spell initially picked is now missing.

Tested with a level 1 Aloth during level-up.
