[1.06 v0591][Minor] - Flames of Devotion - accuracy tooltip

The accurcary tooltip for Flames of Devotion displays only the base accuracy value (i.e. it ignores the +20 to accuracy added by the patch). The combat log displays the accuracy value propely.
