As far as i can tell, there is no way to view the combat-stats (damage, accuracy, damage reduction, deflection, fortitude, reflex, psyche, concentration and interrupt) of the animal companion of the ranger. The only exception being the combat-log if the animal companion rolls on these values.
Prior to patch 1.05, a portion of the values could be viewed through the combat-tooltip diplayed when the cursor hovers over the animal companion during combat. This feature seems to have been removed.
Solution:
Display the combat-stats of the animal companion inside the character-sheet of the ranger or the inventory
