[1.05] 2 problems with Stalker's Torc

1) It lists +20 Damage as the modifier. +20% I'll believe, but +20 is either wrong or not showing up in the combat logs.

 

EDIT: Apparently my eyes skipped over the "%" the first 5 times I looked at it. It is indeed +20%. Please disregard part 1 of this post

 

2) The modifier is not removed from Stalker's Link if Sagani removes the torc and wears something else in that slot instead.

I'm "suffering" from problem 2 as well. It's even mentioned on the game's wiki: http://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Stalker's_Torc
