Game Crash after Steam Update 10/5/15

Hi,

 

Just applied the latest update via steam client (downloaded on 10.5.15). Now the game crashes on start up with the following error:

 

"There should be 'PillarsOfEternity_Data' folder next to the executable".
 
This folder is no longer in the directory. List of folders in Steam/SteamApps/common/PillarsOfEternity are: _CommonRedist, Docs, EmptySteamDepot and Links. The executable, steam_api.dll  and steam_appid plus SteamworksNative.dll are the only other files in the folder.
 
The folder EmptySteamDepot contains ~12GB of what looks like game files. Should this be renamed PillarsOfEternity_Data???
