Enchanting "Of Resolve" doesn't work?

Hi!
I'm not sure if I'm just not understanding how this is supposed to work, but if I enchant my armor with "Of Resolve", then nothing happens to my character. There is no improvement to my characters Resolve, even if the armor description correctly describes the enchantment.

But probably that means something else anyway?

Hmmm. Seems to work for me (used Coat of Ill Payment for a quick test).

 

Is it possible that your character is wearing Serel's Ring or some other item that gives +2 Resolve? Bonuses from items won't stack.
