In addition to the 10-15 sec loading screens, I'm also finding that there is a tremendous delay when bringing up the menu and clicking on either Load or Save. I just went in and archived 90% of my saves and noticed a marked improvement.
Obviously part of the lesson learned here is not to keep 100 saves laying around, but thought I would pass this along for the team to look into on the back end.
