Hello,

 

i recently bought Pillars because of the critics references to Baldurs Gate.

 

I am at a point, where i have my keep, after talking to Maerwald (and killing him and releasing his soul). But i cannot interact with the wall leading to the endless paths of Od Nua level 2. Not even in Stalking/Searching-Mode. There is a lootable stone behind the wall, I can see this but my characters dont reach it. I can see the compass rose for traveling behind the wall. I can click it and it takes me to the Map of Od Nua. But I dont have any options to travel anywhere (Except the keep).

If I understand various guides correctly, I should be able to travel there after killing Maerwald.

 

Has anyone had the same problem? Am I doing something wrong?

 

By the way the game is great, but i am disappointed with the german localisation, wich is horrible. Lots of typos and weird things like all Hunter Bows are named "Intellect+2" in the german version. Probably an error in a translation database. Very confusing at the sart (does this bow give +2 Int?).

Because it is not the entrance leading to lvl2, it is the quick way back from lower levels back to lvl1, hence it is only accessible from the other side.

 

learn to Explore the map helps.

 

Meanwhile travelling to wooden plain and deviance bay is enabled once you construct the eastern barricade through the stronghold interface and use the south exit of caed nua

O noes, you are right. I didnt want to spoiler myself to much and did not study the Guide THAT extensively. I suppose i have seen to many closed doors for later to remember them all. Thank you.
