Any way to adjust game speed manually with custom values?

Hi all,

 

I find that also the Slow speed is too fast if i want to follow what happens during the fights. I like noticing everything that happens so I am pausing all the time anyway, even when using slow speed.

 

Is there a console command to customiza the game speed ?

 

i.e. half of the "slow speed" ?
