April 21, 201510 yr I recently bought Scath Gwennek from one of the traveling venders and it said that Winter Wind was spell bound to the shield. I thought that was wonderful and would go well with my tank. I equipped him with the shield went off to tank something and I don't see anywhere to cast the spell. There are no icons on my UI that give me that option. Anyone know where my problem is here?
