mystang89 Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 I recently bought Scath Gwennek from one of the traveling venders and it said that Winter Wind was spell bound to the shield. I thought that was wonderful and would go well with my tank. I equipped him with the shield went off to tank something and I don't see anywhere to cast the spell.
