The description says that this weapon causes a blast effect. I'm wondering if penetrating blast talent works with the blast effect from spirit lance? Any other talents working with it? Im curious because someone stated that "minor blights" benefits from the blast talents. So I figured maybe the blast talent also works with spirit lance?
