Does anyone know the frame usage of spells?

 

I know people have broken attack routines into attack frames, rest frames and reload frames. I'd like to know the same for spells, but don't know how to test it.

Record while casting at 30 fps using fraps, and then open the video file in virtualdub and watch it frame by frame.
