Dryford ruins....

Just entered the Dryford Ruins, and the game is really jerky when scrolling through the map - never been like this before. Saving, quitting and reloading does not make a difference.

 

Additionally cast charm animal and the cosmetic effect reapplied itself till there was a pillar of shining light and the game slowed down.

 

Could not repeat the problem.
