Selecting party members with 1-6 keys doesn't work

I have 3 members in the party so far, but pressing 1, 2 or 3 jut selects the second all the time. This seems to be wrong.

I'm assuming trying to recreate the control groups with Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, and Ctrl+3 doesn't work?

 

1. Select only your first party member.

2. Ctrl+1

3. Hit 4 to select your fourth party member.

4. Hit 1, is your first party member selected or your second?

Thanks, actually that worked. I guess I messed up the control groups somehow. So it's not really a bug! This was also explained here. Closing this one.
