[bug][game breaking] Automatically engage friendly NPC ! (savefile included)

If one of my party member approaches friendly NPC, he automatically engage with NPC.

and when he leaves NPC, disengage attack triggered and combat begin. I have to kill all NPC.

I can't interact with any NPC!

Please help!

It seems when vithrack attacked our stronghold, some hiring become dominated and my party killed or attacked him.

and they have a grudge against my party for that.
