I like the Corrosive Lash enchantment.  I have plenty of mats for it aside from Jasper.  Is there a vendor that sells it?

I'm not 100% sure off the top of my head but there is a trader who appears at night in an alley on the right side of Ondra's Gift who sells a lot of the gemstones required for crafting.
