Stores/shops and restocking

Do some stores/shops restock?  Also, if the stores do restock their inventory, when do they restock? Is it according to game time (eg. after a certain number of days) or by "turns"?

 

Some stores seem to restock ingredients. I haven't done any detailed analysis of this, mind.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.

As far as I could tell, they seem to restock every 24 hours.  Not *everything* obviously, but ingredients and minor items etc.
