Game is corrupting mouse cursor graphic

I've had this happen twice now, and it only happens when I'm playing this game - the mouse cursor suddenly corrupts, both in and out of the game. The only way to fix it is to restart the computer.

 

Anyone have this happen to them?

I've read that this only happens on AMD graphics cards and is related to multiple monitors and screen bounds. Since the game has had issues with this sort of thing since launch I would guess that's the cause.

 

Very annoying issue. Please look into.
