Didn´t talk to the archives guy before, so I´m wondering if I´ve botched Eders personal quest? It would be cool if there were an alternative route to the information about his brother. Primislas Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Defiance Bay will be unlocked soon enough. Not sure if you can complete the quest though. As long as the archivist is alive, everything should be fine I guess.

BlueOubliette Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 You can still do it. I didn't do it before the riots either, but returned in Act 3 after visiting Twin Elms and Defiance Bay was open again and I could talk to the archivist
