Kana's Turban (of Intellect 1) doesn't stack with the stronghold's Forum resting bonus (Intellect +1). Is it normal that a gear attribute bonus doesn't stack with a resting bonus?

Normally they should stack.  Are you sure that you don't have another item that has +Int on it?  If you click on your Int score on your character sheet it should show you everything that is affecting your Int.

    Yep that was it, thanks. I had +int 1 enchanted on my armour of the two characters I tested with. Thanks
