I feel like I keep running into the same issues with NPCs in this game going hostile with no warning.  Sometimes it seems to occur when I'm sneaking around in areas stealing.  I successfully steal without being noticed (i.e. the NPCs still have green circles around them), quicksave, and if I get to a point where I need to quickload the NPCs are now hostile, even though they were not hostile when I quicksaved.  This has happened in Noonfrost and one other area I can't think of at the moment.

Then there was the issue with Azo that other topics have covered where you go upstairs and all the NPCs want to kill you.

Is there something I'm missing or is this a bug?

This also just happened to me in Noonfrost, in the area on the left past a locked door. I'm pretty sure they should have gone hostile when they saw me in the first place.

Hello all.  Without specific game saves and output logs I can only speculate.  However, it is intended that the mobs in Noonfrost aggro you and become aggressive if you go past any locked door.

As far as the Sanitarium is concerned I'm not sure what you are speaking of as I've never seen that bug.  If you have a saved game that is experiencing this issue please upload it to Dropbox and post a link here for me to download.  That will enable me to take a closer look at the specific issue.  Thanks for your support and patience during this issue.
