Need help chosing between two items

So im really stuck both items are cool and i just cant decide which one is better. So to compare side by side one of them seems to have the edge as you can get it earlier in the game but it is a really close call.

 

The question is which dog should i have? I mean the black one is sweet and no-one was looking after her even though she has a pub named after her and the yellow one costs money and looks slightly off color but that just makes it more unique. Need help pls.
